CMET StaffThe Center for Mortgage Educational Technologies is a site that is dedicated to promoting much needed information on reverse mortgages. Our main focus is on reverse mortgages because of their unique features designed to benefit senior citizens who we believe lack the needed awareness. All members of our staff team are experienced professionals in their various fields. The main board comprises of 3 people. Dr Bill Wetzner graduated from the prestigious Harvard University. He graduated with a degree in Finance and later went on to have a Doctorate degree in Mortgages. Dr Wetzner's later went on to lecture in his Alumni. He is among the initiating minds of the Center for Mortgage Educational Technologies. He also initiated the formation of the Association of Reverse Mortgage Educators and is presently the Chairman of the Association. He sits as chairman of the Center for Mortgage Educational Technologies. David Sander has been an astute mortgage practitioner for years. He became very popular in the 1990s for the reforms he championed in the mortgage legislature in his home state Tennessee. He has worked for a number of mortgage firms in various states until his retirement. A good friend of Dr Peters he was called out of retirement to chair the Analytical and Consultancy department of Center for Mortgage Educational Technologies. Mrs. Juliana Chandlers is in charge of Seminar organization and Protocols. Although she is also a trained reverse mortgage counselor her main value to the team is to oversee the arrangement of international reverse mortgage seminars. With degrees in finance, insurance and mortgage she has worked with a number of mortgage firms across the state. She once was head of foreign operations for a mortgage group outside the country. Her immense knowledge and skills are invaluable to the Center for Mortgage Educational Technologies. |
