Principle of operation

Variation in temperature introduces physico-chemical changes in a material, measurable as a change in weight of the sample and/or as a change in the heat capacity of the sample. 

Capability

      • Incorporates both thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis facilities to study variations in weight and heat capacity respectively as a function of temperature simultaneously

      • Facilitates sample evaluation over a wide range of temperatures from room temperature to 1500oC
      • Fully automated data acquisition system for finer analysis
Sample detail

Samples for analysis should preferably be in powder form. The minimum quantity of the sample required is 1 gm
