At the Center for Mortgage Educational Technologies our aim is to spread reliable information on mortgages worldwide. With the use of education, awareness and international seminars we try to inform both the public and mortgage practitioners on better mortgage options and practice. In addition to our consultancy, analytical and educational seminar services we also write and publish informative books on various reverse mortgage and other forms of mortgage subjects. 

Reverse Mortgage; a new option for seniors. This 72 page book was published about two years ago. It gives a broad overview of reverse mortgage loans highlighting on the special features that makes it desirable for seniors. It also covers how to qualify for reverse mortgage loans. This book is accessible as an online pdf. copy as well as hard copies. The book is written to provide value even to a mortgage practitioner who is interested in reverse mortgages. 

The Legislations behind Reverse Mortgages is a 77 page book that is based on just the legal structure of reverse mortgages. It covers the basic and in-depth laws that form the frame work of these unique types of loans. The book covers the similarities and differences among the reverse mortgage laws in the United States as well as across Europe. A section of the book deals with case studies of court cases involving reverse mortgage issues and how they were ruled.  

Reverse Mortgages; Why Not is a small 20 page pamphlet that is based on the negative sides of reverse mortgages. The book mirrors the opposite side of reverse mortgages that is not usually mentioned. Reverse mortgage loans are not for everyone and for all circumstances. This book highlights such occasions.  

Reverse mortgage Counseling was written to help mortgage experts to be able to counsel and offer professional advice to those seeking reverse mortgage loans. The book helps mortgage practitioners to better offer world class service to their clients.
